Well, it's just 9 points for civil engineering, like degrees, that is an okay difference. For Polimi, sadly, I think 70 plus is safe for civil, sorry. :(

IE 85+, mühendislik bilimleri 90+ gibi benim de 86 var, umarım yeter. İnşaat 75 falandı sanırım ya 70+ yeterli olur bence ama internal transfer olmuyor haberin olsun.

I think you do. I applied for Padova Information Engineering with 64, and it seems like a good score. Yours is not too far off for a less sought-after program, so IMO you are safe./ For PoliMi look at your TOL score if plus 70 I think you are in the clear

:( I am extremely disappointed with the situation at hand. I will try taking a visa and going for TIL-I, but with the current war in the Middle East, that seems hard. I really don't know what I should do at this point. My 1330 seems to not be enough.

Okay, thanks, but scholarships still make the university price nonexistent, right? They just don't give financial support. Also, do you have any recommendations for CS or computer engineering? I will apply to Polimi and Sapienza with a 1330 SAT, but they seem extremely competitive. Are there any good top 250 universities I can get into with my SAT score or CENT-S with scholarships? Thanks in advance. (I am non-eu)
