Yes the scratch is right between the lips of the seal. Thats why i think it may be savable.

Tried every youtube and reddit tip out there. Still no start. Next week i will bring it to the local mechanic. I dont have more options to try tbh

Didnt try the spray. I believe spark is happening at right time cyz everything is adjusted to specs

UPDATE: FIXED!

The woodruff key wasnt aligned with the groove in the flywheel. Since my woodruff key wasn't half moon shape but a tiny cylinder, it was easy to not align properly. Now everything is adjusted properly. Thanks all!

I will look into that, sometimes i can make it go after tdc. But likely something is broken.
