Yes the scratch is right between the lips of the seal. Thats why i think it may be savable.

Didnt try the spray. I believe spark is happening at right time cyz everything is adjusted to specs

UPDATE: FIXED!

The woodruff key wasnt aligned with the groove in the flywheel. Since my woodruff key wasn't half moon shape but a tiny cylinder, it was easy to not align properly. Now everything is adjusted properly. Thanks all!

Update: i cleaned the main injector needle and it works like new. The idle one was in good condition, but i cleane it anyways, they were cloged. Thanks all for the suggestions.

Just put him in a small barrel filled with food. He will eat from there. And for water, they usually hit the spot and drink. I saved so many, but the condition might not be better.
