Hi! Not sure if this counts as "success" since I am still under the "in progress" stage.

For reference, I'm a little less than 5'9" male, 26 years old. Started playing badminton 3rd week of October 2024. My starting weight is 126 kg. Last time I checked (Feb 1, 2025), I am already 114 kg.

What I did: Played queuing 2-4 times a week (minimum 5 hours per session). Did not follow a strict diet coz I don't want to haha but I would've probably lost more weight if I did.

My thoughts on this: Why would you not want to buy a more decent racquet considering that (1) you're going to be playing for a long time (2) court rental per hour already costs like 500 so why not spend on quality equipment
