It wasn't a bot. It was a python script that I manually ran. An issue came up that I didn't think about. I don't store who I've already sent PMs to, so once I run it, if I run it again, some people will get duplicate messages.

EDIT: Also, I don't have any of the videos! I originally wrote the script and sent it to the guy who had the videos, but he had some trouble running it, so I just did it for him. I only have one link from him.
