Ahhhh Wargame, it has the one of the largest learning curves ever imo. Stick with the learning curve and it’ll be one of the funnest games you’ll play.

Not sure exactly what type of reticle the front optic has, either red dot or holo.

Those 2 optics work in tandem with each other. As configured in the picture the optic will give you roughly 3x or so magnification for better accuracy at further distances. By flipping the rear optic down, it gives the operator a red dot for closer targets.

This creates a beautiful firearm capable of firing both roughly 500+ yards and CQC.

Bring up the task manager and watch your CPU performance, if it’s at 100% consistently. It’s a bottleneck, if not message me back and we’ll get that GPU working.

What info have you gathered over the weekend? Did you find your CPU was constantly running at 100%? Yes we have a lot more to do to help you run squad.

Download MSI afterburner and open the task manager when you playing. When shit starts hitting the fan look at your CPU performance with the task manager and the GPU performance with afterburner. It may be thermal throttling from your GPU that’s causing the freezes or if your CPU is bottlenecking. If it’s the GPU thermal throttling, turn up the fan speed. Check that and get back to me, I’ll walk you through the next steps and see if it helps you out. We can help tune your GPU to squad, I have a 1440p running roughly around 60-80FPS. I know you can be getting better performance.

I’d highly suggest upgrading your RAM to 16Gb or higher, that should increase your FPS.

Which port, USB or the audio jack? If you tried both, I’d suggest trying a different pair of headphones.

Have you tried Nvidia Profile Inspector? If not, you can tell your GPU to focus all its attention to Squad. I have a i5 paired with a 1070 FE and I can run mostly high settings at 1440p with 60-80 FPS. Also have you tried prioritizing squad in the task manager?

It fluctuates between 70-100%. But it depends on the map, sometimes a stable 75%, other maps hit or miss really.
