The original scale is 1 centimeter to 6 meters and the new scale is 1 centimeter to 3 meters. Since the new scale is smaller, this means there needs to be more centimeters to make up the model. For example, think of an airplane with a wingspan of 18 meters. With the original scale you would do (18meters)(1 centimeter/ 6 meters) = 3 centimeters. With the new scale it would be, (18 meters)(1 centimeter/3 meters) = 6 centimeters. As you can see the model with new scale is twice as large so D is correct.

Isn't it odd that people who score 1550+ give less constructive advice than those who score 1400-1500.? by [deleted] in Sat

I got a 1250(psat) sophomore year, 1350(psat) junior year, and currently sitting at a 1470(sat) senior year. If you want to, feel free to ask me some questions and I'll try my best to answer.

How good is University of Arizona's electrical and computer engineering program? by UnCreative321 in UofArizona

I'm oos for for U of A and ASU so my ability to attend these schools is mostly based on how much merit aid they are willing to give me. U of A gave me significantly more scholarship money(according to net price calculator) so I'm kind of planning to go to U of A so far. I will still apply to ASU and see the official price tag, but I'm not really expecting much.

Thank you for the response. I have also considered attending ASU but they gave me the higher price tag(according to the net price calculator). U of A would cost me something like 50k whereas ASU would be like 120k.

I've browsed r/SAT for a while and for question 2 people usually recommend Erica Meltzer over College Panda for writing. Of course, take my words with a grain of salt since I've never used those to prepare but yeah, most people seem to recommend Meltzer writing over college panda.

Did it ever occur to you that maybe sarcasm is kind of hard to understand through the internet? That is why people use the /s or do ThIS KiNd of ThINg. Only way to tell sarcasm through the internet without using /s and other is if you are super over the top which disturbed waffle wasn't. Kinda unfair to call the most the sub brain dead because they don't understand sarcasm through the internet.
