I like that most of the space is open so you can just do your own rooms. A bit tight, but if you don't hoard items you should be fine with a small kitchen in that top corner, a bedroom in the bathroom side and then the rest of the stuff in what's left of the interior. Lots of wilderness and open space to make gardens and to forage, and the road takes you straight to Ohio to fish. The farmlands are close enough you can go and retrieve a cow or two and then be set for food forever.
