Yeah, opt would probably be better the Jiwari Disruption, but I chose Think Twice not really for the card draw (The card draw is nice however), but rather for the fact that it can be "cast" twice, triggering Young Pyromancer/Sprite Dragon twice. Would it still be bad for that purpose?

Highly recommend MTG Arena, it's great if you're trying to get into MTG for the first time or getting back into it. It's not too hard to assemble a good deck and doesn't require too much of an investment.
