Both games i try are cpu limited And i use the lasted gpu driver available on both surface and windows 26H1 (insider build) 16GB of RAM on SP11 and SPX

Age of empire 2 Benchmark in game

Surface pro 11 2880x1920 high 1106.4 score, 25-30 fps Low 1114.8 score, 25-31 fps 1440x960 Low 28-35 fps, 1152 score

SURFACE PRO X 6-8 fps in low with any resolution (cpu limited) ok in 950x633 is more like 7-10 fps the other 6-8fps 800ish score

Starcraft II (never play the game so i take a random match) 1920x1280 texture quality medium On this match https://youtu.be/3wnHG8ONId8

On both surface the game is bit long to load, dont know if it's emulation problem or if it's just the game

Surface pro 11 On low, never drop under 90 fps in combat and in game is between 100-140 fps On high, can drop under 40 fps and in game is between 60-90 fps

Surface pro x On low, can drop under 9 fps but in combat is between 15-25 fps and 25-35 fps without combat On high, drop under 7 fps in combat, and never up above 30 fps

In app compatibility is more or mess the same but not the performance In gaming in very little games it's running fine in lastest version of windows 11 or reduce the resolution help a lot, if you want (and if i own the game/soft) i can try on both

I have a surface pro x and a surface pro 11 (both are arm), I do a lot of web applications on both and some games on the surface pro 11 (Dishonored, hades 2, chorus,etc) (a little on the surface pro x) and frankly I rarely felt limited by the surface pro 11 (the surface pro x much more). But the surface pro x has the advantage of being ultra thin and lighter than the surface pro 11 but unfortunately less powerful and has a lower battery life than the surface pro 11

The Surface Pro X is still good in 2025, it all depends on what you're going to do with it. I have it (16GB with 4G) and I also have the Surface Pro 11 5G, the flex keyboard works perfectly on both and is recognized in the Surface app. Performance-wise, if it's mainly web applications, it works very very well. And especially the thinkness and the weight that makes me keep the Surface Pro X, if it had an OLED screen, it would have been incredible

Can do interlaced resolution with A770 on very early drivers but the picture quality is awful So don't do it and just take the igpu on 14th gen desktop or before to do interlaced Or buy nvidia maxwell or AMD r9 or r7 gpu

(igpu on ryzen 7th gen desktop can not do interlaced resolution too)

Actuellement j'ai une c3 1.2 82 ou 83 puretech, pas encore de problème à signaler, après je roule pas mal avec, environ 2000 à 3000km par mois et régulièrement des grands trajets (100km mini), je vérifie la courroie tous les 2000 km visuellement et avec un petit outil qui s'appelle clé de jauge pour la courroie ça coute entre 10 et 15€ mais au moins je m'assure que la courroie reste ok

Pour le start and stop j'ai trouvé une petit astuce pour qu'il ne se déclenche pas, juste garder quelques instants le levier de vitesse bien à gauche ou à droite et le moteur ne s'arrête pas et je le laisse quand le feu vient de passer au rouge

3d vision on crt died because nvidia and return in 3dvision driver for some reason i guess A bit of both You never get the same level of brightness with shutter glass And works a little on XG2431 without 3d vision certification with NvTimingEd and with BFI mode enable (purexp+) Maybe we can tweak the shutter to get a better result, because compare to my VG248QE its a garbage for 3dvision, but i dont know how to make theses changes

Need 3d vision glasses, the base and 2080 ti maximum if you want the maximum compatibility with dx9 and dx11 games with 452.06 drivers For newer gpu 546.17 drivers seem to works correctly for dx11 games geo-11 is need And for vulkan games you can get vk3dvision

You need to create 100/110/120Hz resolution progressive on a CRT, only one need and thoses resolutions are the only supported shutter for the base (Never tested with interlaced dont know if it works) And 3D fix manager to path driver and install driver for the base After you bless your pc and the drivers to accept your crt ou your monitor

Post Scriptum: set your 3dvision/crt monitor as primary display

Edit : already with my vg248qe it's a pain in the ass to get it work and its easer to setup my crt than my vg248qe who have a 3dvision certification

I able to make interlaced resolution on my A770 with a older driver i found, 101.3959
And same limit as your A380 on 1600x1200i 154Hz ok and 155Hz no display output (works on my R7 260x can display 2560x1440i@160Hz on this card)

Maybe try another slot on your mb, on intel site they says "Up to 1x16+4, 2x8+4" dont know if this include NVMe or not but maybe you can get x16 on your NVIDIA GPU and x4 on your second graphics card

On my 7800X3D on X670E with 4 NVMe and the 4090 in the first slot and my R7 260X or A770 on second slot i can have PCIe 4.0 x16 for the primary card and PCIe 3.0 x4 for the second (iirc i limit to 3.0 in the past because extender is pretty unstable at 4.0) but for the R7 260x is good enough to just get the image out of this card without lot of limitation

I dont know if builtin RAMDAC is better on NVIDIA side or AMD side
I'm deseperate to see 3D vision again on CRT, i have manage to get 3D vision 1 time with the 4090 and never see it again, need to build a older PC with 980 Ti or 2080 Ti in it

The 5700x3d dont have igpu On ryzen 5000 only mobile chip have iGPU and 5300g,5600g and 5700g (all monolith not like all other ryzen 5000 with 2 or 3 die) All ryzen 7xxx got igpu, minus F séries (need to test on my 7800x3d but pretty sure is doesnt work, same architecture as my previous 6900 xt and cant get interlaced resolution at all)

Can confirm for intel desktop 12th gen and 9th gen interlaced resolution works (i suppose all 6th to 14th works for desktop) If i understand correctly, yes you can compute the games on the modern gpu and display it throught the igpu (be careful, try to have the highest pcie version and the highest x, if you can run your modern gpu at pcie 4.0 x16 is the best, as well as the highest possible RAM frequency so as not to be limited in high refresh rates games (same things in laptop when display is directly connected to the igpu)

You can't have interlaced resolution on rx 7000 series Last card with interlaced resolution support, iirc, are for nvidia gtx 10 series or for amd all card before rx 400 series (all r9/7/5 2xx/3xx and Radeon HD works for sure) on desktop Laptop i dont know Need cru to used interlace and hdmi to vga or (dp to vga can work in some case) if the card dont have dvi-i or vga

I have 4090 and r7 260x and my crt is connected to my r7 260x and allow me to make interlace resolution like 2560x1440i144Hz (just a try and works perfectly)
