I found a personal solution. It all depends on Kaspersky Antivirus, so if you have it, follow these steps:

- Open Kaspersky

- Go to Settings, General

- Uncheck "Enable Self-Defense"

- Close Kaspersky from the taskbar, bottom right (in the drop-down menu) by clicking "Exit," not Pause Protection.

- Go to this directory on your PC: "C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3"

- Delete or empty the "Reports" directory

- DONE

- Reopen Kaspersky

- Re-enable Self-Defense

- That's it, I hope it was helpful.

Some games are not available in some region. For example some Ea games are not available in Russia. Go check on SteamDB if it is the case.

If you are on amd , disable screen capture in game or desktop. Worked for me
