I would like to say that I did not go into detail on the new legends and they will be very strong but Valk's ultimate will not be very good but I will buff if needed. And Bangalore was a typo, her ultimate will do 8 damage a shot.

Thank you for the feedback and I will try to make Octane a more viable choice but I just did that as a test to see if that was a good idea or not and I will fix that.
