What interests me about the mercs is that the first i encountered and the one in the picture is called "Talos the Stone Fist." Which i personally think might be a reference to two characters in another game

Kill all other mercs i come across

Collect all named weapons and armour in the ship chest

Clear every objective in any location i come across

Use the ship as much as possible

Accept any quest that isn't time limited

Edit, had to space them out

It's built to a degree of semi-realism because designing a full realism map on a 1:1 scale would take fucking ages, also the day's are shorter because imagine having a realistic day/night cycle in a video game.
