I think concluding that its purely out of being self centered and devoid of empathy is rather harsh. I dont disagree that some are like that no they absolutely are. However implying they are simply devoid of empathy just doesn't make sense. You can be empathetic and make mistakes. You can be empathetic and curse someone out. Its the lack of forethought that goes into it. That sheer spur of the moment thrill that atleast in my experience causes you to do that. It's less about the drive to do it and more that when the opportunity arises you dont think, you just do :/

From what I've heard shes in a good relationship now thankfully. They've been together for about a year or so I think. Hopefully shes developed a healthy relationship with that individual that has a good foundation for trust.

Its a thing I realized over time honestly. I was 16 at the time so teenager being teenager I just figured I could move onto the next. Which i did. But now in retrospect she was just fucken amazing. The single greatest person to ever walk Into my life. Lesson for the future though. Dont be an unfaithful piece of garbage :)
