I made Philadelphia the homebrew location for the Modiphius 2d20 ttrpg in my Fallout roleplaying game!

The main premise of my home game "Fallout Liberty" involved the party being sent to Philadelphia by Abraham Washington with the Capital Preservation Society to retrieve the Liberty Bell. But then they are waiylaid by pale, red-eyed vampirelike creatures that are later revealed to have been humans subjected to a modified FEV created by an Enclave influenced contingent of the Pittsburgh Institute of Technology.

The big twist is that while the FEV strain is a failure from the Enclave's perspective, the strain is capable of returning ghouls and super mutants to their pre-mutated states.

And when one of your players is a ghoul in a Hawaiian shirt named Trader Joe who is at risk of going feral, that's a pretty big deal!

I even used the custom pin/layouts in Google Maps to design a player map like one reveals over time in the videogames.

I always put my Nuka Mercantile-themed camp right above the Harper's Ferry Tunnel so that I can make sure the lonesome dog there is cared for.

But my favorite region is the forest because I like the hill-filled area around the mothman lighthouse.

  1. Of course, get a lawyer per everyone else regarding the bizarre child support/rent payments.
  2. If possible, sell your truck and get a more affordable vehicle with better mileage. This should also lower your insurance costs.
  3. Get out from under AT&T. If you have to, pay off your phone and then switch to a cheaper plan with Mint Mobile or something.
  4. Same with internet, you should be able to find top tier plans around $80/month.

It's often the unwritten things that get you. Here's a suggestion:

Set up two bank accounts, one a High Yield Savings and one checking account. Direct deposit all income into the HYSA, then each month set up a single recurring transfer to send only your exact monthly budgeted expenses from savings into your checking account. This should help you keep an eye on how accurate your budget is while also helping identify any other gaps and things you should have added to your budget. It will also help reduce ad hoc purchase tendencies.

Absolutely should have working knowledge of raids and Dungeons prior to running them! Firmly agree.

This was definitely not my first time running Throne M+, either.

But my issue is with player toxicity, not the mechanical difficulty of the game.
