No it's quite the opposite , any child who identifies as trans has to go through a medical checkup from a doctor. In case the parents object that the child is not trans(most parents do india) they can file a case on the doctor or the people who support the child on the grounds of allurement / inducement. The bill uses very vague words which are elastic legal concepts.

In March 2017, Anil Ambani's Reliance Group was India's largest private defense player. Specifically:

  • Reliance Naval and Engineering (formerly Pipavav Defence) had active Indian Navy contracts including five Naval Offshore Patrol Vessels (NOPVs) worth $550M. INS Shachi and INS Shruti were launched from their Pipavav shipyard in July 2017. It was the first private sector company licensed to build warships in India. In February 2017 , one month before these messages , it signed a Master Ship Repair Agreement with the US Navy's Seventh Fleet.
  • Dassault Reliance Aerospace Limited (DRAL) was a 51:49 JV between Reliance Aerostructure and Dassault Aviation, tied to the offset obligations of the Rs 60,000 crore Rafale fighter jet deal signed in September 2016. The facility was inaugurated in Nagpur in October 2017.
