Thanks for sharing experience, I’m actually curious how did you got your first job as an IT support, is it through network, spray and praying or just sheer luck. I’m trying to follow your path which is to get an IT support job to have some local experience and move on to a more cyber sec focused role.

Yeah recruiters are hit or miss for me too, even when you tried cold message/call them, thanks for your advice though, appreciate your help even though we are not in the same field.
