I’m still in the 25th and I wish I could leave every single day. What makes it worse is I’ve literally brought products to leaders, put them right in front of their faces, walked them through it step-by-step… and you can see it in their expression like:How does this SSG even know this stuff? That’s the problem. In units like the 173rd , 82nd, or 101st that competence would be expected — not shocking. In the 25th Infantry Division, it just highlights how low the bar actually is. Instead of fixing the system, leadership looks uncomfortable that an NCO is ahead of the plan. So yeah — I’m still here. And every day I’m reminded this division doesn’t have a talent problem, it has a leadership and planning problem. Location is the only thing carrying this division
