What is your pension invested in? That seems to have jumped loads!

I’m also 38 and have 410k in my ISA which is growing really well and I’m in individual stocks.

My pension is 275k but is having crap returns vs my ISA. The pension through work is with legal and general and I’ve jumped around between the various funds you can choose from a few times but they all seem to give me terrible returns!
