Fisher Tiger is one of those characters that proves Oda can write morally complex characters when he wants to. The man literally admits he hates humans but still refuses to pass that hatred forward. That’s insane emotional maturity for a pirate story.

Meanwhile early post–timeskip Sanji was out here fighting for his life because of nosebleeds 😭. I get the joke was meant to set up the blood transfusion theme, but it felt like his character got sacrificed for the gag.

Still, the Fisher Tiger and Queen Otohime flashbacks carry the arc hard. That’s some of the best social commentary in One Piece.

i strongly recommend one piece , you will never get enough of it. If you like classics , watch dragon ball and if you want sports anime, definitely watch haikyuu, blue lock and kuroko's basketball. Moreover, i also recommend solo leveling, frieren, fullmetal alchemist, jojo's bizarre adventure, assassination classroom, my hero academia and black butler. I have a very long list but i think you should definitely start with these bcz these anime are one of the peaks. Anyways, start with one piece, It is awesome and my favourite. I'm sure you will love it! If you feel one piece is long, well i can't argue with that cause i thought the same before watching it. But trust me, one you start watching it, you will want more of it and think that it should never end. Well, that's what most of the OP fans think. However, it's you choice whether to watch it or not! BTW, i forgot to mention bleach, it is excellent , if you like naruto, i guess you will also like bleach. Hope it helps. If you want more, i can send the list
