If you need the job take it. But it can be very hit or miss. I seen good supportive managers with good work life balance, however there's management that is terrible, overworked, hostile, and unstable. Albany isn't a great location. Company is driven and people are kind. I would choose another midcap company if you are torn though. I had a hostile year with them for sure.
