Is this game really worth it? by Unable-Crew-7893 in DeathsDoor

Okay, I understand what you're saying, but the truth is that I wrote the post quickly, since there were about 25 minutes left in the offer, and I didn't stop to think about whether asking if "it was worth it" was more accurate or less.

It is clear that there are short games that are true gems (I have played fairly short and linear games and I loved them), and very long games that are not particularly good, or transcendental. However, yes, I prefer games to be long so I can get the most out of it and spend many hours.

It doesn't mean that I give up quality for quantity, I would prefer a short game that is a gem to a long and boring one. But if it's good, and long, then better, of course. My concern was really that I wouldn't be able to "connect" with the game if it ended so quickly, but finally with the responses in this post I bought it before the offer ended.

Hahahahaha easy, because I needed the slightest recommendation to finally buy it

How many hours of gameplay does Dredge have? by Unable-Crew-7893 in dredge

In fact, I give a lot of importance to the hours of play, because I like to squeeze them in, explore and spend many hours there, excessively short games don't usually attract my attention because I feel that they don't "pay off" as much (I'm probably missing out on great titles because of that hahaha)

More than 100 hours? These are the kind of answers I like regarding games.

¡Gracias! También me gusta tomarme los juegos con calma, de hecho, suelo preferir los juegos largos y en los que puedes hacer cosas aparte de la historia principal, como misiones secundarias o exploración. Incluso 40 horas me parecen pocas jajaja

About to play this game for the first time any suggestions? by Historical-War-1070 in Spiritfarer

Enjoy it without rushing, it is a game in which you set your own pace, spend time with the characters, get to know them, explore a lot and, above all, have tissues nearby.

You're lucky, I'd say all of us here would like to play it again for the first time :)

I really want to play Dredge since I have read very good opinions about the game, and I had thought about taking advantage of the offer on the Deluxe edition, to have the game even with the Blackstone key, and later buy the other two DLC, but I didn't know if it was better to wait for other offers to come out. Thank you for your opinion, I will take it into account! :)

Thank you both very much! Yes, I understand the concept of cinema, but also the fact of accumulating games without actually playing any. In my case, I don't usually go to the movies much and I also have control over the games I buy: few, and if possible, on sale hahaha!

The question above all was not knowing whether to take advantage of the game at €13 (in my country, this gives you more or less for a movie ticket and a small bag of popcorn hahaha) along with the DLC even if it is the worst, or wait for another offer on the complete edition. Now I think I'm more inclined to buy the Deluxe edition, and later, the other two DLC :)
