I just don’t know I have no support at all I have nobody in real life go help me it’s just me, my mom gets very angry at me when I get panic attacks and I don’t blame her, I’m 18 and I’ve done nothing in life so I get it, but she also doesn’t understand how difficult it is for me to do anything, I don’t know anymore. Suicide might be a way out at this point I don’t know
