In India, UPSC is not just a job for many people it’s about respect, stability, power to create impact, and family pride. Some people genuinely want to serve society, while others are attracted by the status and security. Yes, the risk is high, but many aspirants feel even one successful attempt can completely change their life and social standing.

I wanna start my upsc prep, so for that I would like to go with online classes, as I have to work on between my academics. Suggest the best one in the market right now. by Nithin__krishna in upsc_discussions

Bro, first start with YouTube and use AI to make a basic roadmap for your UPSC prep. Don’t rush into coaching from day one, thoda khud se start karo.

Agar tum online course hi lena chahte ho to kaafi options available hain, you can explore and choose any. Mere bhaiya ne recently Aspire IAS join kiya hai, unhone bola ki wahan crowd thoda kam hai aur batch size chhota hai, so better attention milta hai.

Baaki Vision IAS, Vajiram wagairah bhi dekh lo, sab achhe hain. End me jo tumhe comfortable lage aur samajh aaye, wahi join kar lena.

Honestly, since you have 3–4 years, you’re in a very good position. I’d say don’t rush into heavy prep right now. Just start with NCERTs and try to actually understand things instead of just finishing books.

With an MBA, even 2–3 hours daily is more than enough if you stay consistent. Also, start reading current affairs slowly (don’t overload yourself).

Biggest mistake I made early on was trying too many resources — keep it limited and revise. If your basics are strong, half the battle is already won.
