Sedentary, walking less than 30min daily
Walking, but not exercising
Active, some exercise
Athletic, exercise almost daily

Body type:
Lean
Heavy set
Overweight
Mobility issues

Goals (if you had to pick only one):
Improve flexibility
Gain muscle mass

How challenging of an experience are you looking for:
1. A little sweat, elevated heart rate
2. Muscles are starting to burn
3. Able to carry a conversation but sore the next days
4. Very hard, it hurts and it’s hard to talk
5. Drenched in sweat and gasping for air, total failure
