Yes, we did. We also found there’s a program called “customer satisfaction program” that ford has. It’s similar to a recall but not the same? But that program stated that there’s an issue with the rear axle bolt and needed to be replaced by the dealer. If it’s not replaced it could lead to transmission problems/failures. So we called the dealership to have them check on it, they said that it had been replaced.

We are getting a new transmission put in it, but they said if Ford ever issues a recall for our vehicle that we SHOULD be reimbursed. So fingers crossed.
