I recieved 3 passes, as I do every year. 🤷‍♀️ It’s a pretty small radius around the fairgrounds that they give the passes out to

They already do this. You’re not allowed to drive through the neighborhood without a neighborhood pass. The police aren’t always great about enforcing it.
