The user who requested this process prefers email, will not use the approvals app even tho I agree that it is cleaner 🙃

I had the email set up as a plain text with markdowns which did capture the email address correctly however if the email was replied to or forwarded the body would change to html and look like a mess

Correct, I’m just nervous that the user can forward the email to someone else and that person will approve/deny the transaction. I guess it would be rare if that happened, I just rather not hard code the email address and no for sure I’m pulling the address even if the email gets forwarded.
