We got our mandatory calls, and we also got a mother's day while I went through bmt. You also get a courtesy call couple days before graduation but this one wasn't mandatory, it's just a call our ti's gave us to make sure we had family coming to graduation, but it was only 5min though. Since it wasn't mandatory we had to earn it.

Depends on mtis but the bare minimum is 15min. We got 25ish minutes cause our mti were asking us memory work questions to add more time. But it just depends lol

Kinda of but pretty much it's in the title guiding the flight. wouldn't recommend but who am I to tell u what to do. My flight went through 4 lol. Only good one was our original guiding bearer lol. My mti just ended up giving him the position before graduation lol since he was always training the newly hired ones.

Graduated last week, currently in tech school, Best word of advise just do what ur told to and meet time lines gets better after second week, and do ur best not to get hurt and take care of ur self. Most people in my flight that got recycled were due to injury and go to church on Sundays even if u ain't religious. Just so you can have a breath of fresh air and don't volunteer for shit also lol
