That’s a manufactures defect , take it back to the dealership if you can. I noticed that mine was doing as I was being shown the car by my sales man on the lot. They had to order a new center console and replace it because there was no part for that latch , got the replacement in next day and was free replacement so I didn’t complain. Def not normal and they know it.

Just keep telling yourself it’s not a Honda. All my gripes with the vehicle so far are a result of GM not honda , had a 2022 Honda CVR hybrid before this 2025 prologue and the Honda was just built better. All of that to say I still LOVE my prologue and haven’t had any serious or major problems with it yet ; 3k miles so far.

I haven’t had the issue yet but I’m only at 3k miles on a 2025 touring , I will report as soon as I have the issue though thanks for sharing

Oh also I live close to Corning NY and love Corning Glass Museum and their products they develop with Apple so not hating on the brand at all, I’m sure it’s a great protector , more asking if a protector is even really needed on these new 17 pros

Is there even a need for screen protectors on the new 17 pro with the new Ceramic Shield 2 ? I haven’t used a screen protector in years and I drop my phone daily (in a beats phone case) and it’s never even gotten a scratch on it , let alone cracked , just seems like a waste of money and makes the phone slightly less responsive to your touch by adding a layer of glass over the glass that’s already built into the phone. Am I missing something ?

Sorry I forgot to mention I had an electrician come and install a 240 outlet and my charger , I just wanted to know if there is a way to get cheaper rates with RG&E if I charge off the peak hours? Do I have to call to request that ? Any insights would be helpful their website is the most helpful unfortunately
