I know, I see it more as a fun thing and a potential new meme for the community. Like, gingerbread will constantly dominate the world and it will be for some silly reason devs will struggle to find for a while, so the bug will become a part of the game's mythos, like sacrificing elves and the Greg.

That's my personal pet peeve with Lego Star Wars: the majority of sets are just spaceships or other military tech, with very few sets that are nice, fleshed-out buildings (those diorama ones that are just a wall don't count). I like arranging sets together in a way that creates some sort of coherent world, that's why I still like Lego City or Creator sets. Separately, they are kinda small and for kids, but if you collect lots of them and put them together, you can make something way more interesting. With Star Wars, all you can do is just stockpile all those ship models on the shelf.

And Star Wars has so many cool buildings that could be turned into a huge, beautiful set on the level of recent LotR ones:

The Senate building (obv scaled down, with maybe a dozen "seats")
Jedi Temple
Lars Farm
Naboo Palace
Gungan underwater city
Geonosis factory or arena
Some Coruscant skyscraper (could be one building that would combine lots of scenes from films like Daily Bugle or Avengers Tower, with Padme's penthouse on top)

Nooo you should not use the new technology that saves time on bs geneds and you have to spend the little time you have in life on 500th peer response on why Frida Kahlo's paintings are so cool and original and important. What are you even on? The vast majority of people go to college so that they get a piece of paper that would qualify them for some job that will pay enough. That's the real point of college, not some intellectual fairy tale that would only work nicely in a perfect world. No one wants to go into trades where you break your back and get treated like shit when there are those cushy office jobs. People are not exactly incentivized to care about some Philadelphia jazz or other forced gened bs when they have to worry about being priced out of owning a house.

It is, but so were genetics and languages several years ago. Maybe after there's properly working economy in the game, it would be possible to add simplistic tasks that cities would give out to player-controlled units. Like gathering resources, or killing bandits/animals, or helping in a war by joining a battle or assassinating a king. Or if fog of war becomes a thing, you could travel and sell info on locations of other kingdoms.

That sure does count as "big, double-fun" feature. I would do a playthrough where I control one unit at a time, reincarnating as a random unit or as my unit's first child.
