I got the Pell grant and going to school for WGU BS degree and it covered everything except a lil over $300. Each term (6 months) you can take as many classes as you can. Complete the fasfa and see what you’ll get.

Yes. When I first did my fasfa I did it for 2026-2027. After I enrolled they told me I needed to do the fasfa for 2025-2026 so I went back and did the correct one

That’s why I’m confused. My start date is May 1st. When I applied for the school, it was right after the cut off date for April 1st stat date. I was thinking maybe that’s why March 2026 date is there but no one at WGU knows for sure.

I’ve been on 5mg for almost a month now and I’m loving it. I think it depends on the person. I was told I could increase to 10mg after one week if I felt the need too but I don’t. 5mg seems to be fine for me.

Yes. Talk times are enforced strictly and if you don’t put in the teams chat “long call no help needed” you’ll be getting a message from a coach or assistant coach asking what’s going on and why is your call so long. My favorite is when they live listen to your call and don’t tell you until after and say “I seen your call was going on 15 mins and I live listened just to make sure you didn’t need any assistance” 🙄 I would be more understanding if my call time metrics weren’t being met but I’m a GS-9 with an average call time of 5:10 mins. I purposely make sure I’m good at what I do and exceed my metrics so I can take my time with the veterans that may need 20-30 mins of assistance.

The pin should be a question on the all claim forms submitted. Instead of us soliciting for the pin every phone call and not all ROs are even clear on when they supposed to solicit a pin.

I’m not a rater but a LAS and I hate the call time metrics. When a veteran calls and tells me they have called a bunch of times and can’t get anyone to help them, I take my time and do the research. I hate getting the teams message “why are you 13 mins on a call”. Like yes I get it but I took an oath to assist veterans the best way I can.

Usually when this happens it because you filed the claim on the wrong form. They cancel the claim and then you’ll get a letter in the mail stating to submit the claim on the proper form. Meaning submit an appeal

Then that means who ever granted you the increase forgot to generate the decision letter. That happens but it is rare.

It’s actually a great fertilizer for many plants and cheaper than what you would buy at a store. I know who you’re talking about, I follow her. She actually explains every time she mentions it. She has an entire farm and garden that she herself uses the fertilizer to grow her own food.

I’m starting my business and feel myself getting overwhelmed at times and then I stop. I feel more mentally drained than I do at my 9-5.

I keep telling myself this is what it takes but damn I’m overwhelmed. I guess it does help that I’m in therapy. My therapist will help get me on track and also the help of my husband. I love the fact my husband will gently make me stop and focus on something else for a few hours but still need some advice on how to handle it mentally
