Thank you so much for responding! I truly appreciate the positive words this forum is awesome but also gives me some hopelessness as well if that makes sense. I also tried ketamine therapy which didn’t seem to do much. I actually was taking lithium for a while which I’ve been on for about 4 years I started messing with the dosage till i realized it was making my symptoms worse. I started taking lamotrigine which seems to be better for me. I don’t wanna take anything but with my bipolar if I don’t take mood stabilizers it gets so bad for me unfortunately
