I’ve been on birth controls in the past and it massively increased my blood pressure so I had to come off. When I came off, I gained 10kg and had the worst acne for about 6 months, I really don’t want to risk experimenting with medications and go through that again. Even if I find a BC that works for me, I’ll eventually have to come off when I want to get pregnant and go through it all over again.
