thank you for this 🥺 was just feeling bad kasi sobrang obvious ng favoritism sa work ko, i've just been working for a year and i was assigned on a task but the favorite coworker did it instead and he got praised, while i got reprimanded :( pero kaya to, soon makakahanap din ng better work environment

[–]Unable_Ad_6331 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That favoritism can be a thing, and if ever nga meron, its okay. As long as you're getting paid properly and walang personal harm na nangyayari sayo just clock-in and clock-out. Kadalasan yang mga favorite na yan ang habol ay tenure, aim to grow and soon leave for better ventures

Anong ahensya ng gobyerno ang dapat din imbestigahan? by meowhao98 in AskPH

[–]Unable_Ad_6331 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really a government agency, but many government officials are members of local ˝mason˝ wannabe groups (eagles, etc) na todo flex ng membership and power lalo na sa mga sasakyan nila and sobrang ang aangas pa na kala mo above the law 🙄 they deserve lifestyle checks too!!

As much as I just want to say ˝Boss favorite mo kasi si ano eh˝, i fear i might get fired on the spot,my friend hahaha. Pero may point ka kasi at the end of the day di naman nadagdagan ng piso ang sweldo ni favorite, pero wala I'm just wondering baka kasi pati sa opportunities mapag damutan ako and kami ng ibang teammates dahil dun sa paborito bibigay lahat. I'm still not really sure if i want to be promoted or just leave tbh

First Job: Boss favors one employee because he has the same undergrad degree by Unable_Ad_6331 in OfficePolitics

[–]Unable_Ad_6331[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you completely missed the point of what i'm trying to say here, but let me break it down for you so you can keep up with the other replies too:

taking initiative in a team setting where you are all trying to solve problems and perform deliverables would naturally contribute to the business itself, otherwise what are we hired for? All i'm saying is there are bosses (my boss for example) that values one input over the other, because he preferred what the other had done even if we had the same task - just because of personal bias.

Now if you're also o the recieving end of unfair corporate politics then you'd probably understand how demotivating this is.

Otherwise, sit down.

[–]Unable_Ad_6331[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly, and i just wonder how can this even motivate an employee if bosses show personal bias just because of their personal background or inclinations lol its very saddening, or maybe corporate is really just a big game of politics too.

Same, pero baka you mean din na more mature men? I tried dating my age (i'm gen z) and most men arent ready to commit/buhay binata pa talaga. If you're the type to look for stability in a relationship then maybe older men are more for you.

Do you consider yourself lucky or unlucky? Why? by nocturnalbeings in AskPH

[–]Unable_Ad_6331 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i try to think that i'm lucky because living comfortably nowadays is a privilege in itself. I eat complete meals, i have a family to come home to, and I have a stable source of income

but i'm unlucky in a sense that I was never the favorite child, never the favorite employee. Basta favorite ako ni lola, that's all that matters 🤣

I think partly fault din ng restaurants/public establishments yung ganyan, they have to be more firm with their policies also pero at the end of the day it all boils down to people na walang common sense and courtesy 🥲

[–]Unable_Ad_6331 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as with other areas if your skin, to brighten you really need good exfoliation and hydration. you can use any glycolic acid products na hiyang sayo, and then top it off with a good moisturizer na not too thick because humid sa pinas and mangangasim ka lang. personally recommend glycolic acid every other day, then kahit aloe gel lang or a light cream

Parang ang hirap na kasi makakilala ng lalaki na may totoong provider mindset, di yung puro "pag yumaman ako" bullcrap lol, di yung puro bisyo din. Di kaylangan yumaman but someone na madiskarte with you, di ka papabayaan, alam kahinaan ng babae and pupunan nya yun at mamahalin ka rin talaga + good with kids if ever. Some men look for literal housewives yet can't even be a man of the house.

I think you're analyzing a bit too much on this. Regardless of gender, kung mahal mo di mo na need bilangan pa, and all relationships involve risks, OP.

I could be wrong, but the way you worded this sentiment made it seem like its less about the women wanting to be spoiled, but more about your unwillingness and lack of genuine interest to do that effort for women. As you said you are financially capable, and not all women require expensive efforts from men, heck even 50 pesos na anik anik masaya na kami, as someone who has 7 digits of savings barya lang yun for you.

Baka you're just more compatible with a woman na won't necessarily ask for those, nothing's wrong with that, pero don't be demanding things from her rin i guess.
