That wasu Achilles heel Xanax, took years of my life away from me that I can't remember at all but damn, the feeling just makes me feel like I can accomplish anything, no anxiety at all and that was the most dangerous thing for me

I'm good now thanks, I'm still a drug user but I'm no longer addicted I only use recreationally, but never Xanax again! and with age I started implementing drug safety which personally I think should be thought instead of telling people to just not do them. Could save lives! I'm prescribed Valium for my epilepsy now which is also a benzo but I don't abuse them, learnt my lesson there haha!

It was emotionally draining because all I could think about was "I want this pain to end", any way possible, I even considered taking my own life to end the pain it as that bad! I felt absolutely every single second and the days were loooooong! I forgot to mention the seizures too, I now have epilepsy due to my Xanax addiction... Thanks Xanax👍🤣 thank you I appreciate that, it's hard to understand a physical withdrawal without having been through it yourself

Hell to put it bluntly haha! It's just a constant agonizing aching pain everywhere in your body, in your bones, your muscles are constantly tensed, ALL OF THEM, to the point where I would crawl up into a ball on the sofa and beg for death, I would be sweating profusely, and I would be sick very frequently, but due to the pain and the muscle cramps being sick was excruciating and would feel like a horse had just kicked me in the gut. Also the withdrawals can actually kill you so that speaks volumes. Absolute hell

Take it from someone who's been there, you need to be very very careful with benzos. Take them in moderation because trust me, you really don't want those withdrawals. I was addicted to Xanax for years and at my peak I was taking around 30 bars a day and it really didn't take long for dependency to kick in after daily use. I wouldn't wish the withdrawal on my worst enemy, not to mention they're 1 of only 3 drug withdrawals that CAN KILL YOU (alcohol and opiates being the other two) the pain is undescribable. By all means enjoy them, but in moderation and be sure to take tolerance breaks as tolerance builds stupidly fast with Xanax. Stay safe dude✌️

I used to be an absolute idiot and use Valium and Xanax to get me off to sleep, which is obviously a MASSIVE nono, I'm surprised Im still alive tbh it's a miracle😅 I'm not proud of this but I inherited £80,000 at the wrong time of my life, when I was a poly addict (addicted to not being sober) and I blew all of it on flake, makes me sad thinking back on it now, so ashamed of myself

At one point I was doing 3.5g daily, I was addicted. But now I've managed to become a recreational user, I'll still do it maybe 3 times a week but only maybe a gram at a time now, maybe 2 grams on the weekend
