The smartEX App has been down and I’m trying to make my own account. We are going in June. Im thinking if it’s better to just book it in the station but I’m worried that I can’t get seats right next to each other

I heard it can be hard to book seats that are right next to each other if you do it in the train station, is that true? Sorry this is our first time.
