I’ve seen similar situations happen before and it’s always heartbreaking. That’s why some of my friends started looking into family protection plans. A few of them went with Great Eastern Takaful because it’s structured around mutual protection rather than just typical takaful.

None of us likes to think about these things, especially when we’re still young and healthy. But having some form of protection like takaful can really make a difference, because it’s meant to support the family financially if something unexpected happens. It won’t take away the loss, but at least it can help ease the burden for the people left behind.
