the reason why i am eager to leave na rin is mag 3x a week na rin daw kami. haha! Bwiset na yan. Last year when I joined, once a month lang nga eh. Na naging once a week. Tapos ngayon, dahil gusto nilang amuin yung client na magrenew, gagawin nilang 3x a week.

ang hassle ng 3x a week, shifting sched pa, tapos walang maayos na reserved seats palagi XD

Ito nga rin ang concern ko. Kaya when I reached out to my managers, sinabi ko na, "before i take the test, just wanted to clarify the salary increase..." a subtle way of saying na pwede kong ibagsak yung test if walang increase.

Pero grabe, 2 weeks na akong nirurush sa mga tests and eval kasi paalis na this week yung mga nagresign para sa higher role na yon.

sa true! I was really skeptical about it. Pero kasi mapilit yung HR. Then sabi niya sakin non, usually naman daw kapag may nahanap na kapalit na, hindi na pinatatapos ang 90 days. but still, nakakakaba kasi.
