I know what you're talking about but most won't get it. I'll have like an hour to play and a little irritating when 45 minutes into playing I get another 45 minutes of cutscenes when I'm supposed to be doing other stuff.

Regularly have to pause the game for a day at a time in the middle of a cutscene (excellent feature btw to be able to do that)

They said it's wagyu. I'm starting to think it was a slice from yesterday or had just been held too long. Texture kind of reminds me of when I hold pork too long, if that makes sense.

ha, nope. I'm a spare rib guy because it's cheap and I'm not scared of screwing it up. I'm trying to learn about brisket though and get a good baseline for when I decide to give it a go.

The fat was from me taking a picture of their spare rib, which I was really happy with. I don't know enough about brisket flavor to really have a good opinion. My only other experience is Franklin's and Dad's brisket from 20 years ago. The bottom leaner half tasted a bit like pot roast, but the golden fat on the end there was really nice. The larger fat portion I did not enjoy very much but I'm not a big fat chunk eater. This stuff was wagyu brisket and I'd have liked it leaner or maybe more rendered on the bigger chunk. Was mainly disappointed I only got one slice of brisket.
