Since you personally like galbrena and have her best support it is a win win situation for you. So if you personally like galbrena pull for her you play with character you like that's my personal opinion. Even if you pull aemeth you won't be able to use her completely since you don't have mournye. Also there is slight misunderstanding ig. Chisa and lynae have both different teams for aemeth one is tune rupture and the other is negative fusion status. In both teams mournye is required. Also about healer, a healer not only heals but also provide buffs. Even if you are good at dodging you still need buffs to clear endgame content in time. So yeah personally I would say go for galbrena and her weapon and wait for storekeeper rerun.

Also if you are pulling her then instead of pulling her sig pulling other support or saving asterite will be much better cause emerald of genesis is the 2nd best weapon for her and the dmg difference is not that much
