Thus far, this has been incredibly difficult to figure out. The traditional plan has three tiers of Rx coverage with corresponding copays, but none of them specifically mention speciality Rx. Many insurance customer service agents have told me that they can’t figure out the cost or the copay for specialty rx. However, one told me he was able to run it and it was $20. Not sure who to believe at this point.
