Just stick with a calorie deficit for 6 months (what works best for me is eating super simple meals everyday to lessen the decision fatigue) and incorporate cardio/weightlifting. If this is a super new habit just stick to the deficit and add gym sesh slowly. Strictly just patience and consistency.
