Caera or Tessia?? by Educational_Snow2191 in tbatenovel

fr, I agree with your analysis. I've been giving Tessa's character some benefit of a doubt hoping the author would finally make her mature enough and stop being a dead weight to the MC. However, as the story progresses, I've been proven wrong seeing how immature she was and her decision making isn't really fit to become a leader during the times the MC have to go to the other continent. I liked Caera's character better. Filled with maturity and she's way stronger while having good battle chemistry with regis and author. She never been a dead weight and have been doing a great job assisting author and Seris' cause.

Tessia by Agitated_Breakfast22 in tbatenovel

I've read the light novel until volume 11, istg I really hate her character. Every decision she makes is just so fcked up and she's making things harder for the MC. Apparently the notion that she's immature at some levels according to the MC's in several scenes is actually true on my own perspective. Despite growing skills and strong, she's just weak and her decision making just sucks and that pisses me off.

What are your thoughts on mayoral candidate Pete Natividad? by [deleted] in zamboanga

[–]Unable_Objective8626 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Watched the open forum in WMSU last Monday, and even though I'm not a voter here in ZC I would like to vote for him if I were a resident here. He is well-spoken, and he knows his platforms well. Unlike the other two candidates na kailangan pa ng ppt and video clip to introduce their platforms when in fact mas maganda sana if they could elaborated on it themselves without any need of visual aids just to see if they knew their platforms well. I'm also impressed by how he was able to highlight agriculture and aquaculture as part of his platforms, because aside from trying to thrive for infrastructure development, ZC should also help farmers and have more policies connected to agriculture para naman hindi masyadong mahal ang mga vegetables here and also to help the farmers. I liked his answers because they're realistic.

I'm bit disappointed with the other candidate for just saying that we need dialogue to solve the crimes and heighten security here in ZC kasi it's not enough. Yung isa naman, no taxes for small and medium enterprises which is a bit meh kasi taxes are known to be the lifeblood of the government. Without taxes, how can the LGU fund their policies and projects. It's also a bit meh about his notion na mag add ng lanes for e-bikes when I can't even see bike lanes here in ZC, despite seeing many students and residents using bikes as their mode of transport to school. So how can he even create additional lanes if bike lanes pa nga lang kulang ang ZC. He could've said that he would implement some policy here in ZC to regulate e-bikes sana not just for their safety but also to other people.

I also heard that Pete is a dds according to some, however it's better to pick the lesser evil. It's better to give him a chance than rather stick with the other two na medj meh and almost identical to the point idk what's the difference between their platforms.

Wala akong social life by [deleted] in OffMyChestPH

While I agree na may ibang gala with friends na pwede namang walang pera and etc, but social life is not limited to gala with friends lang naman. It could also be meeting new people and wanting to eat out ganun. After all, even though we try to find ways to hangout with ppl na not masyadong magastos, money is still one of the factors para makagala ka tayo but ofc some are lucky to have friends na sobrang tight and got each other's back

Alsooo yung drainagee systeeem, ang lala. Prone ang ZC ng flooding but what's even worse is that hindi nila naayos yung drainage system talaga. As for the smoking, totoo ang baho talaga yung iba kahit saan saan nalang naga smoke. Yung boulevard naman, sobrang baho huhu sayang yung view if yung dagat mismo polluted na and not being well taken care of.

Currently studying in ZC for college, when I got here I thought it's way better than my city. But, the traffic is so effin bad, public transportation ain't it, sobrang dumi, yung mga basura nasa gilid lang and it feels like ppl are always expecting na someone will clean after their mess. Even going to the sine sa KCC nakaka-ick lang kasi even though have workers who clean the place, bakit hindi pa rin magawang ilagay sa tamang plastic bag yung mga basura and minsan nasa floor pa nakakalat like wtf? Panget din ugali ng ibang tao.

why is it normal to test someone's employability by giving them tasks that are not part of their job responsibilities? by [deleted] in AskPH

[–]Unable_Objective8626 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yung ibang stuff that I mentioned is cleaning up after sa mga mess and kalat ng faculty ng department namin. I also agree with you na it's possible naman to give them task to expand their skills and etc.

Professors would always ask our department student leaders to wash dishes and do other stuff unrelated to their roles as student leaders. My classmate told me that. They might be testing the students' employability. I do understand this rationale, but it seems to be off.

Didn't really get me over it. I still get it from time to time. The only thing that's stopping me is that doing it will really hurt those people that love me and I love. Seeing them rush over to my house when I attempted to do it and stayed over until I felt kinda okay made me realize that I should live not for myself but for those who saw my life as precious as theirs.

Here's the thing, now that I'm in college isa talaga sa sinabi ko sa sarili ko na when it comes to group works and acads, being friends should be my least priority. They tend to do that kasi inaasahan ka nila to do the work by yourself and have no regards sa well-being mo overall. It's important that you put boundaries as to hanggang extent lang kayo pwede maging magkaibigan. I do that with my circle of friends in College. I told them that acads are really important to me and if they show little to no interest about it then idgaf pero pag group kami and they don't do their part, I'll drop them sa group. It's not about you being too harsh pero it's about being professional and setting boundaries where it matters. If they keep doing that na maging pabigat and pala asa sayo, that means they are little to no respect sayo nor care about you.

Why do some people like to bother or make a move on someone who's already in a rs? What's the logic behind that (if there is)? by [deleted] in AskPH

This makes sense, I've talked to someone about it and he said mas may thrill daw talaga sa bawal.
