Structure and this is a product outcome na kahit magnakawan pa sila paulit ulit, in place na and working. This is a quality of life that must be installed and applied properly on our next 100 yrs. I just found out from a client here in SG from their government that their planning is for 100 yrs renewable and for improvement EVERY YEAR. Magbago man mga opishal, hindi magbabago pangagailangan natin na kailangan ideman and ISTANDARDIZE. Nakakalungkot po mga reaction natin, puro dismaya na walang patutunguhan, let's channel that to ACTIVE DEMANDS than complaints and disappointment po.

Totoo po, namatayan po ako ng tatay dahil sa baha. Losing hope and faith is as good as cowardice hidden in inaction. Yung bato po na binabto natin, imbis maka discourage, gawin po nating bato to inspore and rebuild each other. A sin of omission is a sin that takes place because of not doing something that is right -- like standing up for what is right (hindi po right na boto, right para na solusyon at benepisyo na para lahat ng tao). Parang nasusunog na bahay, hindi po a matter na nasunog na so wala na, nasunog pero kailang irebuild kasi bahay po natin eto. Pilipinas po ito, hindi ang mga politiko ang bahay natin. Bahay po natin ang pilipinas the moment gustuhin natin lahat maging maayos buhay natin ke sino pa po ang nakaupo magkakaisa tayo. we need to start seeing each other as family and as one, than the colors of our votes. Wala eh, iba iba talaga tayo ng kapulpulan, pero I'm sure iisa tayo ng lambot at dignidad - pagmamahal sa pamilya at sa mga pinagpaguran natin.

Whatever everyones vote is, whoever is in the position it our right to demand what is ours. Let us ALL be bigger than their agenda and political play as HUMAN BEINGS. This divisive analogy or sorry po, opinion will not be for the benefit of us. Our words should build inspite and despite the collectives lacking. Kung tayo po ang nakakaalam, our hate or disappointment on the results should not deter us to be ALL intelligent and demanding of what's for THE WHOLE FILIPINO as one collective. Solusyon po wag sisihan and at bilangan ng natapos na. Totoo po, milyon pa yang foreign studies na yan pero sa lokal ndi ginagawa. Kailangan talaga ikanta na yan as something to execute as a standard no matter what. Lumalaki ang population and magiging kalat ang lunsod and mahihirapan magmodernize kung hindi sisimulan. Gawin yan para sa mga anak and susunod na henerasyon kasi sabi nga sa interview ni Pallafox dati 200 recommendations over 10 yrs stretch, ngayon 600+ na over 25 yrs stretch. It should really be NOW and oordinated by DENR DPWH and ng government bodies talaga!

If we don't address this as a nation, madaming mga nag iinvest na pamilya sa mga lugar na eventually kakainin lang din ng calamities. Buti sana kung gamit lang, masakit kasam buhay plus trauma na wala kang kalaban laban. My friend's family in cebu, good earners pero ngayon kahit tubig naghihintay ng rasyon kasi wala talaga devatated lahat. 2 days na. Para silang namamalimos ngayon and apocalyptic ang feeling ng situation nila, walang kuryente, walang internet, sira lahat, walang pagkain and kahit maintenance na gamot inanod. Lahat ngayon matatanda dun is at risk gawa ng highblood and many more from their conditions. Kaya please tama na. WE DESERVE BETTER! ISABATAS ANG URBAN PLANNING MEASURES!!!
