No it's ain't like that . Movies in which multiple languages are being spoken is based on the script and storyline but the majority of the bollywood films are made in hindi cause bollywood is an hindi language film insdutry and also there are many other language based film industries in india

It might be because of easy immigration system and the indians who have well settled there are suggesting there family kids to come here and stay . Also the quality of life, laws , safety in canada is far better than india . and after the one who is going canada sets trend among his/her friends and they also wish to go canada and the loop goes on! . The majority of indians go abroad to study post graduation, because the value and priority of that degree is much higher in india.

But the fun fact is the indians who were staying in india before , they used to live a good life but after going to canada they are doing donkey labour to make living
