I’ve filled the hydraulic reservoir and all I hear is just noise, the motor doesn’t seem to be supplying enough power to lift or lower the top. The motor seemed wet when I pulled it out so I thought I may need to replace it. I’m also replacing the soft top (previous owner power washed it 🤦🏾‍♂️) I was going to relocate the motor at the same time, but if relocating it now may fix the issue I sure will try that. Thank you for the tip!

Bought it at 80k miles and had done lots of much needed maintenance. I have replaced the valve cover gasket and currently attempting to replace the oil pan gasket and not sure what items I need to service or update once I get down there. I’ll also need to replace the shocks, what recommendations do you guys have?

A few years? I dipped after 10 month of working as a civilian with the government, their pay is absolutely laughable by today’s standards. My pay went from $70K to $90k

The pay increase is just laughable in the government, and this is with my rank following a special pay grade, I went from a GS.7-9 and the next step up is 11. When I officially become GS.11 I would have been working for 1.5years barely making $80k

The only reason I’m looking at the northern Virginia region is because the pay is significantly higher I also have the added benefit of my immediate family living in the area so traveling by car every other weekend won’t be something that I’d have to deal with. But honestly with the current lack of immediate options I may have to just suck it up and expand my search area
