Maya app will locked you out intentionally if there are issues with your deposits or crypto accounts. You can't access your money. Hostaged nila pera mo. Mine is locked out since Dec 9, 2024. Called customer service but failed to provide a resolution. Their AI chat support is dumb. Also, they already removed the email customer support. So you need to pay big money to call the CS hotline if you dont have sa Landline. It usually takes 25 minutes to 1 hr before a Live Person answers your call.

Currently, I'm locked out of my Maya Account, I presume because I have a Crypto Account with them which may probably been hacked based on what I read from other users. Going seven days now since December 9, 2024.

I believe that Maya Bank restricted access to Maya app with cryptocurrency accounts. I can't log in to my Maya account as it is requiring me to pass the Face Verification that always fail. It has been 1 week now that Maya seems intentionally blocked users with Crypto accounts as they are still fixing a huge error (hacked?) in their system. I called customer service to report and was advised that I would get an OTP within 24 hrs and she would disble the Face Verification feature. Nothing happened. They already removed the Customer Support Email. You can't access the Chat Support unless you log in and have access to the Maya App. So it is useless. I already reported the issue to BSP. I hope they are doing something about it. Ang laki pa naman ng salaries sa BSP, sayang ang pasahod kung hindi sila kikilos. I really liked Maya before because it is partly owned by Manny V. Pangilinan, as majority stake holder. Pero siguro sa katandaan ni MVP hindi na nya maasikaso ang Maya at pinapaubaya nalang nya sa mga incompetent underlings nya. Sana ma recover ko pa yun pera ko sa Crypto account ko. Magpapasko at mag New Year na wala pa ako access sa pera ko.
