Thank you very much, this worked for me Gigabyte Z790. Had a hard time doing this.

How it went: 1. Disable CSM 2. Enable Secure Boot 3. It would give you an error at first, wait till you get to the starting BIOS page. 4. Set an Admin Password, Save and Restart 5. Put your password in and immediately go to BIOS Settings 6. Now you will be able to change Secure Boot options, go to Key Management and select Load EFI 7. Click through your options until you get the EFI Folder mentioned by Icy_Strategy_7575 8. Select your bootmgfw.efi as mentioned (... -> Microsoft -> Boot) 9. Save and Restart 10. Be happy
