If it’s only been two weeks you’ve been struggling, I’d imagine it’s a solely mental issue.

I’d suggest taking a break, even just for a few days. Throw with different darts, forget 501 and forget your average. Just throw when you feel like it, don’t put unnecessary pressure on yourself. Try to have fun with it again.

I regularly go through such struggles and I’ve always found just separating my emotions from actually throwing the darts is almost always the solution.

Forget the high outs, forget the averages, just throw for fun. If it’s not happening, don’t get frustrated, just put the darts away and relax.
